METALLIC Rex Faux Leather Vinyl - 1/2 YARD:
This pvc faux leather material is a bit thinner than our Mora Faux Leather and has a knit backing that doesn't fray on the edges. It works well for bag making, and looks amazing! It's so nice to work with and there is a huge range of colours to choose from, including metallics! Check the photos to see close-up shots of the thickness & backing.
IMPORTANT: This does have a slight one-way stretch, so you may want to use a light interfacing with it, such as our EB-FUSE, or a similar interfacing if constructing a bag carrying a heavy load. Make sure when making projects, the stretch goes across the width of bag straps or the body of the bag, and not up and down. You MUST apply fusible interfacing to straps and handles will prevent any cracking that can occur if the straps stretch. Alternatively, grosgrain ribbon or thin twill or webbing will stop stretch and cracking.

- Multiples quantities will NOT be cut in 1 piece.
- 140 cm (55″) by-the-yard width.
- Any wrinkles will come out over time, and persistent wrinkles can be taken out carefully with a hair dryer. Press vinyl with iron on BACK ONLY, increasing temps as needed.
